12U Head To Nationals This Week

TOGSA 12U Returns to Nationals to Defend 2015 12U National Championship

TOGSA 12U Team Still Needs Your Help - Help Send the Them to the Nationals

The TOGSA 12U All-Star team qualified for the ASA National Championships (7/26 - 7/31). The So Cal State runner-up team will be defending National Championship won by last year's 2015 TOGSA 12U team. Sending a team to the Nationals requires a huge expense and the team is asking for your help. Time is very short and the team will be holding fundraisers to raise the funds necessary to go to Nationals.

Please help by spreading the word about the team and their need and by going to the TOGSA 12U Gold-Going to Nationals (GoFundMe.com) page and donating. TOGSA and the 12U team thanks you for your support.

SUPPORT FOR A GRIEVING TOGSA FAMILY

The TOGSA family has lost a family member, Chad Siu. Chad, the father of 10u member Faith Corral, and husband to Lina Corral passed away while playing softball. Chad's brother wrote: "Chad was an extraordinary human being. He was kind, caring and full of love. Lina and their 2 kids with every part of him. He did anything to make them happy. To know him, was to truly love him. Unfortunately, on Monday night, he suffered a massive heart attack playing softball and passed away. He was not only a husband to be, and a father of two, but he was also the main financial provider for their family..."

A Go Fund Me account has been set up by the Siu and Corral families to help support the family during this time of need. Anything helps. The family thanks you for all for your donations, thoughts, and prayers!

Have a great summer!  Hope to see you keep it going in Winterball in September.  And for those who are continuing on to represent TOGSA in All-Star competitions, GO T-O... GO GO T-O!!!

Thanks !!  To all the volunteers (team photographers, team parents, scorekeepers, snack shack workers, coaches, managers, board of directors, and all of those who lent a hand) in making this Spring Season a success.  Without the help of volunteers, there would be no TOGSA.  Your tireless efforts make Thousand Oaks Girls Softball a fun and joyful reality for all our girls.
